GB288 Record Keeping in a Montessori Class

$12.00

In my training at the AMI Maria Montessori Training Organization (AMI training center, now called MMI, The Maria Montessori Institute) in London, England in 1970-1971 I was given a record-keeping system that has worked beautifully over the years. Here is an overview of that method. There are also suggestions for adapting the system for use in the Infant Community, and for helping children in the 6-12 class learn to master the responsibility, and develop a system of keeping their own records, and managing their own time. These are very important life skills that 6-12 age children can easily handle when they are given uninterrupted time to plan and carry out their own work, instead of their time being scheduled and controlled by adults. This record-keeping packet, 25 pages.
